Culture TREK: Bruce Davidson

Join members on August 30 for an intimate look at select works by Magnum photographer Bruce Davidson.

From the fight for civil rights across American’s south to Harlem’s changing landscape in 1970’s New York, Davidson’s work provides perspectives on key events that shaped the United States in the the 20th century.

About the Program

MOPA’s Culture Treks highlight original works from the museum’s collection for members to view up close and in detail. Each trek introduces key works from the collection, provides context and understanding through dialogue and discussion, and advocates the importance of the museum’s collection and resources.

MOPA houses a collection of over 9,000 photographs spanning the history of the medium.
