Coming of Age Film Festival Presents: Final Portrait
April 9 @ 6:00 pm - April 9 @ 9:00 pm
Join us on April 9 for the second of five films at the Coming of Age Film Festival at the Museum of Photographic Arts.
About the Film
Final Portrait (2017)
Co-written and directed by Stanley Tucci
In 1964 Alberto Giacometti, the renowned Swiss artist, asks the American writer and art-lover James Lord to sit for a portrait. A slow and delicate depiction of a never ending portrait and a rich and evolving friendship between the two men. A film that expresses the process of aging more than making art, although both take time to master.
Doors open at 5:30PM and the film begins at 6:00PM. To make the festival as inclusive and accessible as possible, admission is free to all films. No RSVP required!
If you would like more information on accessibility accommodations at MOPA, please contact Kevin Linde at firstname.lastname@example.org.
