About the Series:

Every year, unique perspectives from around the world come to San Diego for the IRC’s International Documentary Film Series. From the frontlines of conflict to rebuilding life in a new country, these films take an honest look at the reality of the refugee experience. The humanity, struggle, camaraderie and courage of these stories come alive on the big screen as they are told by the people who lived them.

Join us for a celebration of international film, education on issues facing displaced people and inspiration to get involved. Each screening is followed by a Q&A discussion with an expert on the film’s subject area. With all ticket sales going toward funding IRC programs in San Diego, offering a unique opportunity to help support refugees in our community.
