The Six Triple Eight Documentary Screening

March 25 @ 5:30 pm - March 25 @ 8:00 pm

Join us for a Special Screening of “The Six Triple Eight” and Q & A panel discussion Saturday, March 25 at 5:30 PM.

The 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, known as the Six Triple Eight, was the only all-black female battalion to serve in Europe during WWII. Confronted with racism and sexism from their own leadership and troops, they cleared a backlog of over 17 million pieces of mail ensuring troops stayed in touch with their loved ones back home.

On March 14th, 2022, President Biden signed into law a Congressional Gold Medal to recognize the women of the 6888th.

Tickets: $25 per person; to purchase tickets TINYURL.COM/FFWW-6888TH.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, there will not be onsite tickets sales.
