Creative Compositions: Using Foreground

What’s that you’re taking a photo of? Your cat? Your friend? That cool tree? Well, let’s take those photos to the next level. Sure, we know about focusing on your subject. And we’ve heard about how the background sets your scene. But what about that foreground? We’ll show you how placing things in front of your subject can create a more interesting and dynamic photo!

You will need:

• A device to take pictures! (Camera, smart phone, or tablet)
• Subjects to photograph (other people or objects)
